January – February  2011

Dear Pastor and Praying Friends,

Our travels have taken us to all four corners of the lower forty-eight. We have traveled many miles, seen many beautiful places, and met many wonderful Christian friends that we will have for a lifetime. Through the experience our burden for Colombia has only grown. As we have seen God lead us and many others towards Colombia, we have become very excited. We are convinced now more than ever that God has great plans.

We have also enjoyed being able to be a part of God’s divine hand. We are ever amazed at God’s ability to use us for His purpose.While I was recently preaching in Wisconsin, God had brought a lady to church for the first time. As the message challenged listeners to “Consider Him”, this visiting lady was being stirred about her soul. When the service came to a close she came trembling to an alter worker and got gloriously saved! Praise to the Lamb of God!

As we head home to get things ready to depart, I am reminded that it is all for His glory. All of my life, both in service and worship, is for the praise of God. All my efforts are in hope that the Lord Jesus Christ will gain more preeminence. I hope and pray our life of service in Colombia will do just that. We will labor through the trials and triumphs and may our lives be thy fuel, oh flame of God.
