Goals

Deputation

1. Minister to and bless each church we visit.
2. Build a team of faithful prayer support.
3. See two families surrender to join team Capturing Colombia ~ Done!
4. Arrive in Colombia by March 2011. ~ Done!

First Term

1. Become proficient in language and adapt to culture.
2. Build lasting relationship with the veteran missionary family we will be working with.
3. Help build and strengthen existing church plants in Medellin.
4. Begin first church plant.

Second Term

1. Begin to formally train national leaders.
2. First church plant to receive national pastor and own building.
3. Begin second church plant.
4. First missionary family to arrive joining team Capturing Colombia.
5. Begin addiction recovery program and ministry to at risk children.

Third Term

1. Build ministry training center and continue to train national leaders.
2. Second church plant to receive national pastor and own building.
3. Begin third and fourth church plant.
4. Second missionary family to arrive joining team Capturing Colombia.
5. Begin ministry to reach rural Colombia.
